Tony Holmes



 

 

​Tony is an accomplished consultant, leader and personal development professional. He possesses a unique and strong blend of business, technical, sales, client relationship management and communication skills, enabling him to lead, grow and develop individuals, teams and businesses. He has consulted for over 25 years on strategic HR, benefits and human capital issues to varied organizations, while serving corporate and leadership roles with global consulting, brokerage, audit and insurance firms, most recently consulting with Mercer in Atlanta.

He is a Certified Enneagram in Business professional, consultant and trainer on its application to high-performing teams, leadership styles, effective communication, managing conflict, improving emotional intelligence, and personal, professional and organizational development. Tony is also an active member of the International Enneagram Association (Georgia Chapter).

Tony received a Master of Mathematics degree, and a Bachelor in General Studies degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and was recognized in 2012 by a national consumerism institute as the year's “Most Innovative Partner/Consultant”.

Speaking, presenting, facilitating, inspiring and motivating are his natural talents. Tony has extensive experience delivering talks and training to business, professional, technical, industry and other groups of various sizes and types.
